Paul Boyd is a New York-based correspondent for the award-winning newsmagazine Inside Edition. He also serves as co-anchor of Inside Edition Weekend.

Boyd has covered many of the biggest news stories in recent years, including the Virginia Tech massacre, the Hurricane Katrina crisis, the deadly "7/7" terror attacks in London and the "9/11" attacks in New York. He also reported extensively from Iraq and Afghanistan during both wars.

Boyd's international experience has taken him to several other volatile countries in the Middle East, including Pakistan, where he gained access to the dangerous tribal region known as Waziristan and was able to document the hunt for Osama bin Laden.

During the 2004 Presidential Election, Boyd joined the White House Press Corp traveling with President Bush on the campaign trail. Boyd has reported on former Presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush and provided coverage from the funerals of Presidents Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford.

Boyd was also dispatched to cover the devastating crash of American Airlines Flight 587 in New York and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster in Houston.

Prior to joining Inside Edition in 2001, Boyd worked as a journalist in Canada for seven years.

Boyd currently lives in the New York area with his wife, Amanda, and their dog Molly.
