An Emmy Award-winning journalist, Richard Bamberger joined Inside Edition as Managing Editor in 2007. With more than 16 years of news experience, Bamberger has worked in multiple areas of the television news industry.

Prior to joining Inside Edition, Bamberger spent six years at WCBS-TV, New York, where he held several positions including Managing Editor, Assignment Manager and Manager of Investigations and Special Projects. Bamberger also spent time as the Managing Editor at WJBK-TV in Detroit and as the Assignment Manager at WFOR-TV in Miami. Bamberger began his career as a Producer at WRGB-TV in Albany, New York.

Bamberger lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and three children.
