Is Sofia Vergara a violent bully who abused and humiliated her ex-fiance?
In a lawsuit obtained by In Touch magazine, Sofia's ex Nick Loeb reportedly claimed the Modern Family star "punched him in the face on two occasions, kicked him, and threw her phone at his head."

The lawsuit reportedly claims that Sofia "routinely bullied him, calling him a 'loser,' 'worthless' and other degrading names."
According to In Touch, Sofia is named in the lawsuit as "Jane Doe." Loeb 's identity is also kept secret, in the lawsuit he's reportedly ID'ed only as "John Doe."

The lawsuit also reportedly revealed that Loeb is trying to preserve two frozen embryos that he and Sofia conceived via InVitro Fertilization when they were engaged and wanted to have a child together.
The court papers say Loeb wants to make sure the embryos "are not destroyed."
The court documents report claim that Sofia "refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances."
Sofia and Loeb broke up last May. She is now engaged to Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello. Her new movie Hot Pursuit co-stars Reese Witherspoon.
