Kim Kardashian is expecting baby number two with Kanye West!
She announced the news in a promo for her reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, where she said, “I just got the blood test back and I'm pregnant.”

Kim was photographed arriving at her apartment in New York City showing her figure hugging outfit and she kept a protective arm over her belly.

Kim's mom, Kris Jenner, congratulated her daughter and Kanye on Instagram.
Kris said, "Congratulations!!!!!! Can't wait to meet your new little love bug!!!!"
