More recordings of the feud between Chevy Chase and the Executive Producer of Community have surfaced, and it's not pretty. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
A new rant from Chevy Chase about his NBC show Community has just been made public, and it may represent the final blow for the beleagured show.
Chase said, "It's just a [blank]ing mediocre sitcom! Like everybody gives a [blank] about the [blank]ing story when they don't even know who the [blank]ing characters are."
Chase, who's been feuding with Don Harmon, the show's Executive Producer, left the message on his voicemail about a year ago. It was just obtained by the website celebbuzz.com.
"Come on man, you're missing the [blank]ing point. I want people to laugh, and this isn't funny," continued Chase.
This is the second profanity-laced voicemail to surface, and it shows real behind-the-scenes tension between a comic legend and his boss.
Chase also said, "I'm 67 years old and I've been doing this a long time, and I've been making a lot of people laugh, and I've been doing it a lot better than this."
NBC declined to comment and is debating whether or not to renew Community for another season.
