Mila Kunis' Alleged Stalker to Stand Trial

Mila Kunis' alleged stalker was charged with two counts of felony stalking at a preliminary hearing. The accused stalker's lawyers said he is no threat to Kunis. INSIDE EDITION has the full story.

Mila Kunis said a man with "crazy eyes" is scaring her to death.

He is 27-year-old Stuart Dunn. The Friends with Benefits star said that he reminds her of a cannibal, ready to come after her.

Dunn, who appeared in court in a yellow prison jumpsuit, is charged with two counts of felony stalking.

Kunis said the man was relentless, and even found out where she works out. She stated that she has seen him on numerous occasions sitting by her car, waiting for her. Kunis also stated that he went to her agent's office and demanded a meeting, and her phone number.

Cops caught Dunn in Kunis's West Hollywood condo last February. They said he was actually living there for two weeks while the actress was out of town.

Security expert, Lou Palumbo, said Kunis might have reason to be frightened.

"I would say he's deranged, I would say he's obsessed, I would say he's probably emotionally defective, and capable of causing harm to her," said Palumbo.

Dunn's attorney said he's no threat to Kunis, but the judge didn't buy it.

The judge ordered Dunn to stand trial. A deputy handcuffed Dunn and took him back to the jail, safely away from Kunis.
