INSIDE EDITION is backstage with Pamela Anderson who is the latest contestant to be voted off Dancing with the Stars. Meanwhile, Elisabeth Hasselbeck apologizes to Erin Andrews for her upsetting remark.
The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck tearfully apologises to Erin Andrews from Dancing with the Stars.
"I ended up hurting her," said Hasselbeck.
Elisabeth ignited a firestorm after she made this remark about Erin's dancing outfits and the peeping tom who stalked her in her hotel room.
"For the past three weeks she's been wearing next to nothing. I mean, in some way if I'm him, I could have waited 12 weeks and seen this, a little bit less, without the prison time."
Erin was outraged, telling people.com Elisabeth's remarks were "a slap in the face to victims of stalking and sexual predators."
Today, Elisabeth said her daughter persuaded her to personally apologize to Erin.
Hasselbeck said, "She said 'Mommy, why don't you call Erin and tell her you're sorry?' So thanksfully, I listened to her. She's a wise little girl, and I did. So I am really sorry and I wanted to offer that publicly."
Meantime, on Dancing with the Stars, Erin found herself in the bottom two with Pam Anderson.
But Pam got the boot and minutes later INSIDE EDITION caught up with her backstage.
"We're not gonna win, but we did pretty good," said Anderson.
And the news of Pam's departure was actually leaked out before millions of viewers even saw it! Dancer Derek Hough broke the news on Twitter three hours before the show aired on the west coast.
Derek tweeted, "Sad to see Pam go tonight. She did an amazing job."
Tthen a few minutes later he realized he had goofed twittering, "Oh shoot. Sorry guys. What an idiot. My bad. So so sorry."
So what's next for Pam? She says, "I'm gonna spend some time with the boys, and see what happens. Surf a little bit. I'm gonna keep dancing, yes. I'll never stop dancing."
