Dancing With the Stars continues to heat up in the finals on stage and off. Maksim Chmerkovskiy, dancing partner to Erin Andrews, was pulled over by the sheriff after leaving the show last night. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy from Dancing With The Stars celebrated their top scores with a late night steak dinner.
But the party was over as soon as Maks got into his new Mercedes roadster. As the camera turns to Erin you can hear Maks burning rubber as he peels out of the parking lot. Then you can see cop car lights in the distance. Erin knows what's coming next.
The Los Angeles county sheriff's deputies pull Maks over and he looked livid. But after about 10 minutes, he danced away with just a warning.
Just hours earlier, Erin and Maks performed their sexiest dance yet in the finals of Dancing With The Stars.
Erin wore lingerie and actually used a bed as a prop. The passionate performance was right in front of her mom and dad!
Carrie Ann Inaba said to the couple, "You had one stumble on the bed."
Chmerkovskiy replied, "That's not the bed we rehersed on."
And that stumble on the bed led to Erin bumping Maks right in the nose.
"I got him back for all these, (as she reveals bruises on her thigh). These are our week," said Andrews.
"This one has so much makeup on it it's actually black," said Chmerkovskiy .
Erin also got high marks for her sexiest samba this season. She had the high scores of the night but she's tied with Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
Nicole nearly plunged to the floor when her partner Derek Hough lifted her and twirled her over his head. Backstage they showed us what happened.
Hough said, "I was going 'just get up there!' "
Scherzinger said, "He flings me up and I was like, I'm not strong enough to just fling my body up there!"
