Country superstar Miranda Lambert's weight loss has some people asking, how did she lose so much weight so fast? INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
Did Miranda Lambert lose weight thanks to gastric bypass surgery?
"Miranda Lambert Stomach Stapling Shocker" blares the headline on the cover of The National Enquirer.
Lambert is so upset about the report that she posted this message on her website: "I did not have surgery to lose weight. That is ridiculous."
Her superstar hubby, The Voice's Blake Shelton also went on the attack, tweeting: "How dare these tabloids. Beauty comes in all sizes."
The queen of country music raised some eyebrows with her sudden weight loss, which she attributes to juicing, smaller portions of low-fat meat and fish, and cutting out her favorite food, Cheetos.
Lambert was looking curvy on September 10th. But two months later when she won Female Vocalist of the Year at the Country Music Awards, Lambert looked amazing, fit and slim after losing a reported 30 pounds.
Celebrity trainer Amy Dixon told INSIDE EDITION, "It's definitely possible to lose 30 pounds in a couple of months. I can tell she's been working out hard. I can tell that she's been reducing her calorie intake."
On her website, Lambert wrote: "I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield."
Personal trainer Bill Crutchfield confirms that he has trained Miranda Lambert.
Lambert says she has no idea how much weight she's lost, but "November 10th, when I turned 30, my skinny jeans were finally baggy! I am proud to be a normal size girl and I want to encourage everyone to be confident at any size."
