Kanye West reportedly appealed to Vogue editor Anna Wintour to get his girlfriend on the cover of the coveted fashion magazine and it seemed to work. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
It's a dream come true for Kim Kardashian. She's on the cover of Vogue and it's all thanks to Kanye West.
Earlier this year, Kanye told Ryan Seacrest that Kim deserved to be on the cover of the world's leading fashion magazine even more than Michelle Obama, who has been on the cover twice.
Kanye said, “There's no way that Kim Kardashian shouldn’t be on the cover of Vogue. She's like the most intriguing woman right now. Nobody's looking at what Obama's wearing!”
He reportedly appealed directly to fabled Vogue editor Anna Wintour on Kim’s behalf.
Wintour denies that she folded under pressure. "He did nothing of the sort," she wrote in her editor's letter, "It was entirely our idea to do it."
Kim gushed about the cover on Twitter: "This is such a dream come true!!! Thank you @voguemagazine for this cover! O M GGGGG!!! I can't even breathe!"
A behind-the-scenes video shows Kim and Kanye’s adorable baby, North hanging with mom and dad on a private jet. It was the baby's first official fashion shoot and she's just nine months old.

On the cover, Kim is wearing a strapless white gown reminiscent of a wedding dress. The picture was taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Inside the magazine there's this striking shot of Kate Upton in a sexy DKNY halter dress, it's classier look for the usually scantily-clad Upton and she looks red hot.
But it's the cover of Kim and Kanye that will really have people talking when it hits the stands March 31.
