Pastor shares how he helped Justin Bieber be his best self with 'God's illogical love."
Justin Bieber celebrated his twenty first birthday with sparklers, champagne, and of course, beautiful young women.
But the bad boy of pop is getting the word out that he's turning over a new leaf! "It's time for me to grow up," he told Men's Health Magazine.
"This has really been a big year for me, as far as figuring stuff out," he added.
And the man who may be responsible for Justin's new attitude is Pastor Judah Smith.
INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent said, "You look like a rockstar with the ripped jeans there!" Smith is a hip preacher popular with young Hollywood. Bieber frequently shares his sermons on Twitter.
Pastor Smith said, "My job is just to encourage Justin. I would relate to Justin similarly to a lot of the people that I get to encourage and support, which is to continue to encourage him to be the man that he desires to be. I think that's the goal for all of us, isn't it? It's not easy."
Pastor Smith has a new book "Life is__". The subtitle? "God's illogical love will change your existence."
He said Bieber has been following his good advice.
Pastor Smith explained, "Justin Bieber just said, it's time for me to mature."
"When you hear something like that do you think perhaps he's influenced by some of your teachings?" asked Trent.
"All that any of us can do in our daily life is pick ourselves back up, and keep putting one foot in front of the other, and taking it a day at a time and a step at a time, and a journey. Justin has been making some great decisions and I'm really, really proud of him," Pastor Smith said.
