How James Corden Is Shaking Up The Late Late Show

Guests will be invited to have a drink at the bar.

James Corden is the new face of The Late Late Show on CBS.

Best known as The Baker in the Oscar nominated movie Into The Woods starring Emily Blunt and Meryl Streep, the British actor is taking over for Craig Ferguson who was also from across the pond.

Brian Williams really wanted to be a late night host.

Before his big premiere on March 23rd, INSIDE EDITION got a behind-the-scenes tour of his new set.

And this could make for good times--guests will be invited to drink at the bar. Corden told Jim Moret, "This is our bar which we have. This is all, I think, real liquor. I don't really drink, but if people want to, they can."

Unlike other late night talk shows, Corden's doing something a little different by bringing all of his guests out at the same time.

"We're going to bring all our guests out at the same time. So, all our guests will sit here. I'm not going to sit behind the desk for the interview. I'm going to bring my chair and put it here," he explained. "We're going to try to have fun with it. Play some games and have fun."

So, is James Corden ready for his late night duty?

"I don't know if I am prepared, really. I'm pretty sure I'm not. Mostly, I just want to have fun. I want to enjoy it. I think people like seeing people have a great time," said Corden.

Watch Jimmy Kimmel pester President Obama with personal questions.

He's off to a good start with a star-studded lines up including Tom Hanks, Mila Kunis, Kerry Washington and Will Ferrell who are all scheduled to appear during the first week of the show.

The Late Late Show debuts March 23rd.
