She ate over 13 pounds of food in 20 minutes!
Mom of four, Molly Schuyler is no one to mess around with when it comes to competitive eating.
The 124-pound woman won a steak-eating competition at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo. She beat out professional wrestlers and college football players, broke the time record and took home the $5,000 prize.

Schuyler ate three 72-ounce steaks, three baked potatoes, three shrimp cocktails, three side salads and three rolls. That adds up to 13 pounds of food, and she downed it all in 20 minutes. She started on a fourth steak, but got tired of the taste and threw in the towel two bites into it.
The competition was divided into teams consisting of: Two indoor football players, two professional wrestlers, two former West Texas A&M football players and two randomly selected steak lovers. Each team was allowed to split the meal of 216 ounces of beef, plus the sides. Shcuyler took on the challenge by herself.

Last year, she set a record with one meal at The Big Texan, devouring it in 4 minutes 58 seconds. This year they upped the challenge to three meals.
Next year, she's challenging herself even more, going for four giant meals.
"Four is totally doable, but five is almost unattainable," said Schuyler.
