A model is steaming over her images ending up in porn and on racy book covers after she posed for a photographer.
One fashion model has become recognized around the nation for something she finds utterly humiliating.
Nicole Forni said she innocently posed for a photo, only to learn that, unbeknownst to her, it was being plastered in sleezy ads, X-rated book covers, and videos.
She told INSIDE EDITION, "I became the face of porn. I'm very embarrassed."
But, Nicole wants everyone to know that she is no porn star. In fact, the 23-year-old lives at home with her parents in suburban Cleveland.

Her mother said, "It is a nightmare because it's going to follow her the rest of her life."
So, how did Nicole get caught up in such a drama? It began when she went on a test shoot with a new photographer to build up her portfolio.
Nicole says she brought clothes for the shoot, but the photographer only wanted her to model a racy black lace number.
She told INSIDE EDITION, "I'm not ashamed whatsoever of the photo that he took. I'm ashamed of where they ended up."
Two months later, the photo appeared in an online Playboy ad.
She told INSIDE EDITION, "I contacted the photographer. I said, 'Do you know it ended up on Playboy?' He acted clueless."
Then, her face started turning up on raunchy book covers. She said, "It's dirtier than Fifty Shades of Grey."
In a statement, the photographer said he did nothing wrong.
He said, "I did not sell to porn sites. I only provided them to well-respected stock photography agencies as I promised."

Nicole intends to pursue legal action against the photographer.
Her attorney, Michael O'Shea, told INSIDE EDITION, "He claimed to have copyright ownership of these photographs. He could have simply e-mailed all websites and said 'Take them down!' He didn't do that either. Why? He was, in fact, making money."
Nicole has this message for parents: if it happened to her, "it can happen to anybody."
