More details are emerging about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's divorce.
Ben Affleck may be moving out of the home he shares with Jennifer Garner as they divorce - but it seems he won't be going very far.
The Hollywood star, 42, is reportedly moving into a house on the couple's property in the Pacific Palisades, so he can be close to their three kids, daughters Violet, 9, and Seraphina, 6, and three-year-old son Samuel.
Mary Margaret, Sr. Editor of People magazine told INSIDE EDITION: "One thing that sources tell People is that they have been separated for months but at the same time moving forward. They are going to be living on the same property in L.A., it is the home they have shared for years. They home that their kids grew up in, so that is not going to change."
The couple announced they are divorcing on Tuesday - just one day after they celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary. Rumors of a split had been swirling for months and heated up last week when a moving van was spotted outside the couple's mansion.
The couple said in a statement: "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children... This will be our only comment on this private, family matter."

“Even though they have always had these sources of tension, they are like any couple, they are going to have issues. They really tried to work at it every step of the way,” said Margaret.
Ben and Jen, 43, have been in couple’s therapy for years. During his 2013 Oscar speech, Ben described his marriage as hard work. A few months later, she joked about his speech on Saturday Night Live.
