Life jackets have been found in the search for two boys who vanished on a fishing trip nearly two weeks ago.

When their capsized boat was found two days later, items - including life jackets - were missing. It led some to believe the boys could have survived falling into the water.

But on Tuesday, a helicopter from Heli Aviation in Sarasota came across two life jackets in a marshy area off the coast of Savannah, Georgia, WFLA reported. They spotted one in the low tide before finding another nearby.
They shared video of the discovery to Facebook.
It is unclear if the jackets belong to the two boys.
Heli Aviation has been searching for signs of them since the Coast Guard called off its search last Friday.
Rachel Trimpe from the private company said searchers noticed the life jackets because they were not as faded as other items near the shore.

"Hopefully it leads to something, it brings some closure to the family, I hope," she told WFLA.
A search team with dogs is now heading to the area to look for any sign of the teens.
The family has launched a Gofundme page to raise money for private searches.
