A Florida man says his family feels threatened after vandals burned the N-word into his front lawn.
Courtney Gordon believes that someone used weed killer to post the three-foot-tall racial slur on his property.

He told WESH: “I feel like this is a threat to me and my family, so I'm not too happy about it. You can see them slowing down when they go by my house, so everybody's just driving by and reading it."

Gordon has notified police and they are investigating the act. If the attack is classified as a hate crime, the vandals could face a higher misdemeanor charge.
Gordon, however, may know who did it. “A group of them, and I leave them to God,” he told WESH-TV.
He does have surveillance cameras at his home; they were just not on at the time. He vows to now use them.
The section of Gordon’s lawn has been fixed.
