The power couple went to San Gabriel Valley Humane Society in California and adopted a four-year-old rescue dog named Millie.
The Basset Hound mix even took their cocker spaniel, Louie, to the organization so he could get acquainted with his new sibling.
The Humane Society was so thrilled that the Clooney’s adopted a rescue, they posted the news on Facebook:
Fans have flocked to San Gabriel’s Facebook page to leave comments like “I don’t mind if George and Amal adopt me too.”

Another comment was: “Good job guys! They are darling!”
