Delaney Clements has been battling cancer for five years and got her greatest wish granted with the help of a Colorado radio station.
A 13-year-old Colorado girl who's been battling cancer for five years had her greastest wish granted over the weekend when pop star Taylor Swift paid her a visit.
Delaney Clements was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at just 8 years old. Soon after her mother posted the grave news that the cancer had spread to Delaney's brain, Grand Junction radio station Mix 104.3 started a campaign to fulfill her dream of meeting Swift.

"The community of Grand Junction has jumped onboard with the hashtag campaign #DelaneyMeetTaylor to help this effort," the station wrote this month. "Let’s give Delaney the best Christmas wish a girl could ask for."
Just in time for Christmas, Delaney's wish came true.
On Saturday, photos of Swift taking selfies with Delaney and her family appeared on the Delaney Donates Facebook page and on Delaney's Instagram.
