"Exactly 3 months ago today at 5pm I took this video THEN at 9pm my waters broke!!!" McLady, 26, wrote in her post. "Excuse the jiggly bits I'm 38 weeks pregnant hahaha, I present to you ‘Fletchers water break dance ft Little Cat.’"
McLady, who danced as a child, told INSIDE EDITION she came up with the idea for the musical attempt to bring on her baby’s delivery after members of a Facebook group she was a part of for expectant moms began posting their own videos dancing.
"We had supported each other throughout our pregnancies and towards the end we were all bouncing on fit balls and trying to get baby to move into position," she told IE.

"We were all dancing around our loungerooms and started posting our videos to the group for a bit of fun. Kept us all laughing during the toughest part of our pregnancy."
McLady said she’s received an outpouring of support for her video, adding: "Yes there's been a few critics but the support has far outweighed the few negative comments."
She said she made sure there was no risk of harming her baby—Fletcher James, who is now three months old— by performing the routine.
"Happy quarter birthday Fletcher James!" she wrote in the post. "Mummy can't wait to embarrass you even more as you grow older."
