Speaking to INSIDE EDITION, his ex-girlfriend Rowanne Brewer says the billionaire asked her 25 years ago if he would make a good president.

The model, who dated Trump for three months after meeting him in 1990, said: "I told him, ‘I think you’d be great at whatever you put your mind to.'"

While she is unsure if she'd vote for him, she thinks he'd make a great contender, she said.

Brewer was just 23 when she met the real estate mogul, who was 44, at a party in Palm Beach, Florida. The model and former Miss USA contestant looks back at their three months together as an “exciting” and “wonderful time.”

But their careers took them in different directions and they ultimately split. Brewer moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career while Trump stayed in New York to build his real estate empire.

Brewer said she and Trump “lost touch pretty quickly” after they broke up.

She would go on to marry Jani Lane from the band Warrant and Trump would marry Marla Maples. Both marriages would end in divorce.

She told INSIDE EDITION that people have pointed out that she could be standing where Trump’s current wife, Melania, is standing on the campaign trail.

“People bring that to my attention," she said. "I feel for Melania. I know what she's going through. I did not like all the attention. She's doing a great job."

While she missed out on potentially becoming first lady, Brewer, who has a daughter and continues to work as a model, has no regrets.

“I love where my life took me,” she said.
