Not long into the video, the momma bear emits a grunt and bounds up the stairs after him. Ginn lets out a high-pitched scream and runs into a bedroom, slamming the door.

The bear can be heard breathing heavily outside the door. Ginn and his roommates stayed in their rooms for about 30 minutes, he said, before coming out to find an empty house.
