Charles Sadler has been charged with raping a child under the age of 13.
An Ohio man is behind bars after a woman said she saw him raping a 3-year-old girl inside an abandoned garage and phoned 911, authorities said.
Charles Sadler, 34, of Columbus is being held in lieu of $200,000 at the Franklin Corrections Center, a spokeswoman for the county prosecutor told InsideEdition.com on Wednesday.

He has not yet entered a plea.
A woman driving down an alley heard screaming on Friday, authorities said, and saw a man raping a little girl. She then called 911 and followed the suspect for several blocks until police arrived and arrested him.
Sadler had been babysitting the girl, according to her mother.
On Facebook, the child’s mom wrote “My little girl was disrespected in the most worse way ever! A sick m***** f***** decided his obsession with my little girl was gonna be (taken) to another level!"
InsideEdition.com is not naming the woman to protect the identity of her daughter.
Sadler, the mother added, was “someone my daughter looked at as an uncle.”
Family members who were helping Sadler care for the little girl told WSYX-TV they noticed he was missing but thought he was “passed out drunk somewhere.”
“Please hold your babies tight!” the toddler’s mother said in her post. “The unthinkable became reality to us.”
Sadler’s next court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
