Actor Zac Efron shocked the 19-year-old with a big greeting Tuesday night after she took the mat for the floor routine.
The event was orchestrated by the Today show and the Olympic titan was starstruck as she met the Neighbors hunk.
Simone and her U.S. women's gymnastics teammates went absolutely gaga over the actor.
“I'm shaking, I’m so scared,” Biles said.
“Their story just blew my mind,'' Efron told Hoda Kotb. “When I found out Simone and this team were fans, I was like, 'What kind of guy am I if I don't show up?'''

"They won gold medals, they were crushing it the entire Olympics, and I was like hiding in a closet waiting to come in, so I didn't know what to think,'' Efron told the Today show about meeting the team. "I kind of was getting nervous myself, but it ended up being so sweet."
