The cute dance comes nearly 13 years after Britney famously locked lips with Madonna at the VMAs.
Britney Spears showed off some impressive dance moves with her 5-year-old niece, Lexi.

The pair look adorable as they danced along to Madonna’s hit song “Vogue” right before the 34-year-old hit the stage in Vegas.
Spears posted the video on Instagram with the message: “Wishing a happy belated birthday to Madonna!!”
The “Material Girl” singer turned 58 Tuesday. Madonna and Spears memorably locked lips 13 years ago at the MTV VMAs.
At one point in the video, her young niece couldn’t keep up with her dancer aunt and decided to play with a neck roller instead.
Eventually, her famous aunt took out a body roller and challenged the child to a playful fight.
