"I cannot wait 'til the truth comes to light about this incident," the “Run It” singer told ABC News. "My character is being defaced, and who I am as a person and my integrity. I’m glad that all my real supporters know me and they know the truth."
Brown is accused of pulling a gun on former beauty queen Baylee Curran at his home in the early hours of August 30.
His lawyer Mark Geragos has made a bombshell allegation by showing a text to Inside Edition he says that Curran purportedly sent to a friend just minutes before the drama erupted, a possible "smoking gun" in the case.

"This freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend's jewelry fake,” Curran allegedly texted. "I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson."
Geragos told Inside Edition: "We got the text messages within three hours of leaving the house on the day of the search and we are in the process of trying to verify their authenticity."
Curran's spokesperson says she's not commenting.
