Ben Sturner, founder of the Leverage Agency, was standing out on his terrace to meditate Thursday morning at about 7 a.m. when he captured the stunning moment.
The picture shows an incredible ray of early morning sunshine beaming against the building.
Although some might describe the photo as a sign of hope, Sturner said he was "just as the right place at the right time."
"It was a crazy circumstance; I didn't know where it came from," Sturner told InsideEdition.com. "I just began to take photos but the sight was unbelievable."
According to Sturner, this photo was far from a coincidence.
He stood in the exact spot around the same time in 2015 and captured two similar photos of the building, only this time with a rainbow and another with clouds cast directly above it.
Sturner was hesitant to post the picture at first, but ultimately decided it was appropriate to commemorate and honor those affected by the terror attacks.

"I never thought I’d see anything like it," Sturner said. "I’ve received so many positive responses from the photo."
He said he just wanted to take the photo to inspire others to have hope.
Sturner said that he is willing to donate his photo to the World Trade Center for everyone to see.
"The photo shows resilience for New York," said Sturner. "It shows our strength; we can get knocked down but we will get right back up."
