The three officers were in a parking lot when 44-year-old Marc LaQuon Payne allegedly ran over two of them early Tuesday.
Harrowing surveillance footage released by police in Arizona reveals the moment they say a driver intentionally plowed into two cops while barely missing a third.
The three officers were in a Phoenix parking lot early Tuesday when 44-year-old Marc LaQuon Payne allegedly hit the gas and sent two of them flying while the third leaped out of the way.
In the video, the vehicle continues to speed ahead before violently crashing into a convenience store.

The two officers who were struck sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries. The third was also injured while arresting Payne, KPHO reports.
"They were victims of an unprovoked, violent, intentional attack,” Phoenix police chief Joe Yahner said at a Tuesday news conference. "These officers could have easily been killed, and I thank God we’re not planning three funerals right now."
In the footage, one of the officers is tossed into the air by the impact with the car.
The suspect then struggled violently with the officers for several minutes before being taken into custody, according to a police statement.

"I am outraged by this incident," said Yahner. "Our Phoenix police officers were targeted. We have all heard about officers being targeted and ambushed across this nation. But this happened here. This happened in Phoenix. This happened to your Phoenix police officers."
Payne faces three charges of attempted first-degree murder, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Yahner said Payne also faces two counts of aggravated assault because of how close he came to hitting two clerks inside the convenience store in addition to the three aggravated assault charges related to the officers, one count of resisting arrest and two counts of criminal damage.
