Ever since Sabastian Lucas got on the back of an old pony when he was 4 years old, he's been begging his parents every day for his own pet pony.
An Australian boy, who sold homemade lemonade for years to save up for a pet pony, broke down in tears when his mom surprised him with a brand new pony as a reward for all his hard work.

There's nothing 7-year-old Sabastian Lucas from Queensland loves more than ponies.
His mom, Juliana Kent, told InsideEdition.com that since Sabastian got on the back of an old pony when he was 4 years old, he's been asking every day whether they could get a family horse.
Instead of begging, the little equestrian-turned-entrepreneur decided he would work hard, and start saving to purchase the horse himself.
Like many kids his age, Sabastian decided to start his business venture with a simple lemonade stand. He, along with his mom, got to work cutting lemons, squeezing juice, and cooking it all together with sugar and syrup.
As he started gaining more momentum in his neighborhood, and even periodically selling out the batch, Sabastian grew his business to begin selling his products bottled, with a custom label.
He even expanded his business venture with bottled iced tea, and iced coffee.
Instead of splurging on the latest toy or fad, Sabastian stowed away all his earnings, and saved up money he received from the tooth fairy, and from Christmas presents.

Two years later, Sabastian saved up more than $3,000.
"I was so proud I almost burst," his mom said. "I was happier than a butcher's dog."
To show Sabastian how pleased she was for his accomplishment, Kent decided she wanted to show him hard work really does pay off.
Kent told InsideEdition.com she and her husband spent months searching for the perfect pony and ultimately, she settled on a temperate Welsh mountain pony, whom they named "Tom Boy."
"We had Tom Boy transported overnight and delivered while he as at school," Kent said.
Then, she invited Sabastian and her younger son to take a peek inside the stables at their home.
The boys can be heard in a video Kent posted to her Facebook screaming, "Horsey!" as they bolted toward the stables. Then, Sabastian emerged, overcome with emotion.

"Thank you, mom," the 7-year-old said, still sobbing into his dad's shirt.
Sabastian was so happy he even fell asleep atop his horse, his mom said.
