In a statement posted to Facebook Wednesday, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said it was made aware of the video by a school resource officer.

The video showed the child sitting alone in the driver’s seat of the vehicle as an adult female passenger made comments while filming him driving, the statement said.

The child was not wearing a seatbelt.

Cops say the investigation revealed that the female suspect met the child at his bus stop and told him to get behind the wheel before instructing him to drive through the neighborhood.

The child was allegedly driving at an average speed of about 28 miles per hour for approximately a third of a mile. No property was damaged and no one was injured as a result of the incident.

Police identified the suspect as Kwaniqua Glenn. She was arrested Thursday morning and charged with child neglect and allowing an unauthorized person to drive a motor vehicle.
