A 5-year-old pulled his little brother from a truck that was on fire after the crash.
A brave 5-year-old boy pulled his little brother, 2, to safety after a crash that killed their father on Friday, Texas authorities said.
Police said the father was driving a tractor-trailer with his sons inside on Interstate 45 when he lost control and struck a guardrail and then a concrete pillar. The truck flipped over and the father was ejected and died on the scene.

His 5-year-old son, however, sprang into action and pulled his severely burned 2-year-old brother from the truck.
Dhaval Shah, who works nearby and saw the accident, told ABC that when he came outside he saw a little kid running around the truck that was on fire.
“The boy was ejected from the big rig, but went back and managed to pull his 2-year-old brother out of the truck,” and official told KTLA. “He’s a trooper. He was sitting down and talking to us, giving us everyone’s name … He was asking about his father."
