It is the 17th year the mall has done the event.
Santa Claus came to town and spent quality time with hearing-impaired children at a Miami mall Tuesday.
Dozens of children had a special holiday meeting with St. Nick at the Dolphin Mall, an annual event organized by the Signing Santa organization.

The children get to meet with Santa Claus, take a photo with him and they sign what they want to Father Christmas, who signs right back. They also get to dance, play video games and have holiday-themed interactions with people dressed as Santa’s helpers.
Event organizer Andy Altman told WSVN that this was the 17th year they have hosted the event at the Miami mall.
We "will continue this event every year," he said.

The Signing Santa organization has various events similar to that held in Miami across the country.
