The Rolling Stones frontman was at the side of his girlfriend, 29-year-old ballerina Melanie Hamrick, as she gave birth to a baby boy.
The 73-year-old musician is said to be “delighted” to have another child.
“Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time," Jagger’s publicist Bernard Doherty said in a statement.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has had his other children with former flames Marsha Hunt, Bianca Jagger, Jerry Hall and Luciana Gimenez Morad.

The "Start Me Up" singer also has five grandchildren and became a great-grandfather two years ago when his granddaughter Assisi, daughter of Jade Jagger, gave birth to a baby girl.
His oldest child, Karis, is 46 years old.
