Over the weekend, actor Patrick J. Adams, who plays Markle’s fiancé on the show, tied the knot in real life with Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario in California.

Markle reportedly stayed away to avoid overshadowing the bride and groom.
About 200 friends and family celebrated the actors at the rustic wedding, including other Suits and Pretty Little Liars stars.
Meanwhile, a 2015 essay for Elle UK penned by Markle has come to the surface again.
In the essay, she addressed the difficulties of being bi-racial in Hollywood, writing: “I wasn't black enough for the black roles and I wasn't white enough for the white ones, leaving me somewhere in the middle as the ethnic chameleon who couldn't book a job.”

After she finally booked Suits, she writes about the racism she endured when her on-screen dad was cast as a black man.
"I remember the tweets," she wrote. "They ran the gamut from, 'why would they make her dad black? She's not black' to 'ew, she's black? I used to think she was hot.'"
