Ramiya Reed was shot dead while riding in a car with her mother in Little Rock, Arkansas.
An Arkansas city shocked by the unsolved shooting death of a toddler last month has upped a reward to make sure the culprit sees justice.
On Wednesday, the City of Little Rock announced it would increase the amount of a reward in the November murder of 2-year-old girl Ramiya Reed to $40,000.

Ramiya was riding with her mother and others in the vehicle on November 22 when shots were fired.
No suspects have been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
"We will not let this tragic death of an innocent child go unsolved," City Manager Bruce T. Moore said. "The City of Little Rock is grateful for the outpouring of support and assistance from the community.
"It is our hope that someone will come forward with information that leads to the conviction of the person responsible for this senseless act of violence."
A week after the unthinkable death of Ramiya, loved ones, who lovingly called her "Tinkerbell," gathered to mourn at Little Rock's Mercy Church.
Among the dozens of shell-shocked family and friends was Ramiya's aunt, Raquel Reed.
"We still want justice for my niece," Reed told KARK. "So we just ask everyone to just come forward."
According to a news release, the original reward amount of $20,000 was made by a private donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
The city matched the amount and has now contributed an additional $20,000, making the reward $40,000.
In an unrelated but similarly tragic story out of Arkansas just this month, 3-year-old Acen King was shot and killed by a driver while riding with his grandmother in what police have called a deadly incident of road rage.
