Miss USA Deshauna Barber showed off her temporary home while preparing for the Miss Universe pageant in the Philippines.

Barber’s roommate is Miss Curacao and although they're competing against each other, they have become good friends.
Their room is one gigantic closet and since there are no points for neatness, their clothes and shoes are everywhere.
The pageant gives them a bag of goodies each day to make them feel more at home. Since space is tight, the beauty queens have to share many things in the room, like the bathroom.
Barber is the first woman actively serving in the United States Army Reserve while she competes in the pageant. Her fellow soldiers didn't even know she was a beauty queen until she won a local pageant in Washington, D.C.

Now, she's representing the United States on the world stage.
"Every time I go to training they were like ‘we have to take a picture!’" she told Inside Edition.
