The Hollywood power couple announced their separation in 2015 but continued to put on a united front for their kids.
They were recently photographed together during a family outing in Santa Monica, Calif., and last month they were spotted leaving church together.
Garner was apparently the one who made the decision to put the brakes on the separation and they have decided to work through their problems and continue on.
"Jen has called off the divorce," a source close to Garner told People magazine. “She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try."
People were taken aback when the couple announced their split. Reports claimed that the Alias actress was bothered by his gambling. Then came talk that the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice star was having an affair with the nanny.

He denied being unfaithful. Now, Affleck and Garner, both 44 years old, are giving their relationship another try.
The couple married in 2005, it was his first marriage and her second. They have three children together.
