The former California governor had some words of advice for the president.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is on the attack again against Donald Trump, one of his biggest foes.
The actor, who took over as host of "The New Celebrity Apprentice" earlier this year, only to see the ratings plummet, mocked Trump's low approval ratings in a message posted to Instagram Tuesday.

“Oh, Donald, the ratings are in, and you got swamped,” Schwarzenegger said. “Wow. Now you’re in the thirties? But what do you expect? I mean, when you take away after-school programs from children and Meals on Wheels from the poor people? That’s not what you call making America great again,” he said.
He also asked the president, "Who is advising you?"
Trump had mocked Schwarzenegger’s “pathetic” ratings on the show. Last month, at the National Prayer Breakfast, the president asked people to pray for the actor and "for those ratings.”
Afterwards, Schwarzenegger responded via video challenging the president to switch places. “You take over TV, because you’re such an expert in ratings, and I take over your job. Then people can finally sleep comfortably again,” he said.
Meanwhile, it was business as usual on Tuesday as President Trump went to Capitol Hill lobbying for the Republican healthcare plan.
“I think we’ll get the vote,” he said.
But not a word was said about the bombshell FBI announcement about their investigation into possible Russian collusion with his presidential campaign.
At a raucous rally in Louisville, Kentucky, Monday night, again, nothing was said about the probe.
He did take a shot at — of all people — quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who is now a free agent and reportedly being shunned by NFL owners because he refused to stand for the national anthem.
“NFL owners don't want to pick him up because they don't want to get a nasty tweet from Donald Trump,” said the president.
