Presley, then 32, married 21-year-old Priscilla Ann Beaulieu on May 1, 1967 in Las Vegas. Joan Kardashian, the aunt of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, was the matron of honor.
“Everyone was so nervous because there was so much secrecy,” she told Inside Edition.
Joan Kardashian is married to the brother of the Kardashians' late father, Robert.
The intimate ceremony took place May 1st 1967. It started at 9 a.m. and lasted just eight minutes inside a private suite at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel was demolished in 1998.
An estimated 100 guests dined on ham, eggs, and southern fried chicken, oysters Rockefeller, roast suckling pig, poached and candied salmon, lobster, eggs mignonette and champagne.
“The dress she chose was a very, very simple beaded dress,” Joan said. “It was long-sleeved and high neck.
Fifty years later — it's a style that's still in fashion.
The couple’s first dance was to his hit, “Love Me Tender.” Following the ceremony, the newlyweds held a press conference where the singer’s wife showed off her wedding ring, which featured 21 diamonds.
The couple had a second reception in Memphis, where the couple put their wedding attire back on for a party in Graceland with about 150 people.
Presley's best man was Sonny West, a member of his “Memphis Mafia,” and one of his bodyguards.
West has been in the ICU for three months and due to his medical bills, his house faces foreclosure in June. His family needs about $22,000 to save his home.

"I don't want to leave my family behind, penniless, leave them with nothing," he told InsideEdition.com in December. "I just want to be back to where I can carry the love that I need to carry."
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help West pay his medical expenses.
