"I sought out to put a smile on her face however possible," Matt Ostergaard told InsideEdition.com.
An expectant dad went above and beyond to surprise his fiancée with an unforgettable gender reveal.
Matt Ostergaard and Adriana Zbik already knew they were having a daughter, but the New Jersey man was determined to give Zbik a moment of happiness she could share with loved ones.
The mom-to-be had struggled during her pregnancy, as she had been expecting twins but lost one of the babies.
“It was really hard losing the one baby,” Zbik told InsideEdition.com. “There was a high percentage something like that would happen, but you don’t think it could happen to you. When it does, it’s hard to take your mind over it, even with one blessing coming.”
Knowing they planned to share their baby’s gender with friends and family, Ostergaard set out to make it a moment to remember for Zbik, especially.

“I sought out to put a smile on her face however possible,” he said.
The pair went to their vacation home in Myrtle Beach, SC, where they went to the fair.
There, Zbik was stunned to see the SkyWheel, a 187-foot-tall Ferris wheel, lit entirely in hot pink lights.
“They said they would be more than happy to help,” Ostergaard said.
Zbik, who is seven months pregnant, was stunned, and the couple happily posed for photos taken by Kelly Marie Photography.

“I was SO honored to be a part of something so truly special,” Marie wrote on Facebook.
In the pictures, Ostergaard and Zbik proudly pose with the massive ride in the background.
“It was breathtaking," Zbik said. "It was a lovely moment. I couldn’t believe this was happening to us.”
The SkyWheel’s one million LED lights remained pink for the entire night, which is one the couple said they will never forget.
It’s also a moment that Zbik said has helped her start to heal.
“Good things do happen,” she said. “Not every day is going to be perfect, but there are special moments.”
