Cops allegedly told the friends whom were with the teen to leave, reports said.
A New York teen claims she was sexually assaulted by two NYPD officers after they arrested her earlier in September, reports said.
The 18-year-old alleged victim said that she was raped on the evening of September 15 in a police van after being arrested, according to the NYDailyNews.

"It's a horrible thing where the NYPD can literally kidnap someone while on duty and just take an 18-year-old girl and rape her. It's just absolutely insanity," Michael David, the woman's attorney, told InsideEdition.com. "These cops have not been arrested and it's a danger having these guys free."
David reportedly said his client was driving in Calvert Vaux Park in Coney Island with two friends when two plainclothes detectives in a black van pulled them over.
David said one of the friends had some pills on him, and a prescription, but detectives allegedly told them to leave, reports said.
Officers then reportedly took the young woman in a police van to a nearby parking lot and allegedly forced her to perform a sex act on both of them.
David also said that one of the detectives then allegedly raped the 18-year-old. David said cops then allegedly dropped the girl off blocks away from the 60th precinct.
The girls reportedly went to the hospital immediately and David said doctors said there was evidence of sexual assault.
Police sources said the detectives claim the sex was consensual, CBS reported.
“She’s being brutalized twice here. First they rape her, she’s kidnapped, she’s raped and she’s thrown into the street, then they go ahead and victimize her again by saying it was consensual,” David told the station.
The young woman’s accusations are being investigated by the Brooklyn district attorney’s office and the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, according to reports.
“These are serious allegations and I am very concerned, however until this investigation is completed I cannot make an informed comment,” the president of the detective’s union told CBSNews.
No arrests have been made, according to reports, but two detectives and their supervisor have been placed on desk duty.
"She's handcuffed, she's 5'2", 100 lbs., she's very petite, the officers were both over 6', I don't think there's anything she could have done," David told the paper.
