INSIDE EDITION has the latest on Vice-President Joe Biden's new slip of the tongue moment.
Vice-President Joe Biden was saying nice things about the president when suddenly, he really put his foot in his mouth.
Biden said, "I promise you, the president has a big stick."
During a speech at New York University, he was comparing President Obama to Teddy Roosevelt, the President whose policy was to "Speak softly, and carry a big stick."
Unfortunatley for Biden, his comparison came out wrong.
Ironically, Biden's bungle comes just days after the premiere of Veep, the HBO show starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus as a fictional U.S. vice-president with a tendency to get the words wrong.
Just another case of life imitating art.
