Twenty-two-year-old Matthew Cordle surrendered to police Monday afternoon after being indicted for vehicular homicide and DUI.
There is no question about his guilt because he made an astonishing video for all the world to see.
In the video, Cordle says, "My name is Matthew Cordle, and on June 22nd, 2013, I hit and killed Vincent Canzani. This video will act as my confession."
The accident happened on a busy highway in Columbus, Ohio. It was nearly three o'clock in the morning. Cordle was driving the wrong way on the highway when his car crashed head-on into a vehicle driven by Vincent Canzani.

Cordle continues his video confession, saying, "I've given prosecutors everything they need to put me away for a very long time. When I get charged, I'll plead guilty and take full responsibility for everything I've done to Vincent and his family."
His confession has now been viewed over 1.2 million times on YouTube in just the past few days.
The 61-year-old victim, Vincent Canzani, was a photographer and U.S. Navy veteran. His ex-wife tells Good Morning America she thinks Cordle is truly sorry, saying, "If he wanted to get a lesser sentence, he said in the video he could have lied, like I'm sure many, many people do."
Prosecutor Ron O'Brien told INSIDE EDITION he also believes Cordle is sincere but still faces a five to eight-and-a-half year jail sentence.
O'Brien told INSIDE EDITION, "He came across to me as someone who was genuinely expressing remorse.
Now, the man whose confession is out there for all the world to see is begging viewers not to be like him.
"I'm begging you, please don't drink and drive," said Cordle.
