INSIDE EDITION spoke to a former child star who is claiming director Bryan Singer sexually assaulted him when he was younger. Singer denies the claims.
Former child actor Michael Egan is making explosive allegations.
Egan is accusing Bryan Singer, the famed director of the X-Men movies, of being part of a Hollywood child sex ring that molested him when he was a teenager.
In an exclusive interview with INSIDE EDITION’s Victoria Recano, Egan said, “Bryan Singer was an active participant in that ring. It was brutal. At the end of the day you were used. You were treated like a piece of meat, a piece of garbage.”

Thirty-one-year-old Egan claims the acclaimed movie director molested him over a two year period. He told INSIDE EDITION the alleged molestation started when he was only 15 years old.
Recano asked Egan, “Why reveal this now why come forward at this time?”
“Well I mean I tried 14 years ago. I turned it into authorities,” he replied.
Before a packed Beverly Hills hotel ballroom, Egan revealed he filed a lawsuit in federal court accusing singer of inflicting him with "catastrophic psychological and emotional injuries"
“I had drugs put in drinks, I had liquor poured down my throat,” he said.
In the lawsuit, Egan says he met Singer in 1999 at what he calls a sordid party at an estate in Encino, California. Egan claims he and other teens were forced to swim in the nude and have sex with the adult males in attendance. Egan who says he's heterosexual claimed he attended numerous sex parties at the estate in California where Singer and other powerful Hollywood figures forced the underage boys to have sex or face being blacklisted from the film industry.
Egan told Recano, “All the parties would normally end up by the pool. There was no clothing allowed and they would actually pass you around and abuse you.”
The California estate was at the time owned by a Hollywood businessman named Marc Collins-Rector, a registered sex offender, once convicted of transporting minors across state lines for sexual purposes.
Egan explained, “I had weapons pointed at my mouth. I mean I’ve had every threat imaginable myself, my family. These people are evil at the highest level. They are disgusting.”
Allegations of child actors being molested in Hollywood are nothing new. Actor Corey Feldman says it happened to him and best friend Corey Haim in the 1980s.
Attorney Jeff Herman represents Egan. “I've never seen such an organized system where kids are literally being passed around,” he told INSIDE EDITION.
Bryan Singer is one of Hollywood’s A-list directors who directed Superman Returns and Valkyrie. His attorney called the lawsuit "absurd and defamatory" and told INSIDE EDITION, "It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at the time when Bryan’s new movie X-Men: Days of Future Past is about to open in a few weeks."
But Egan assured Recano that “It's not a publicity stunt. It has nothing to do about his movie he's got movies coming out all the time.”
