INSIDE EDITION was there as Walmart truck driver Kevin Roper appeared in court to hear charges he faces for crashing into Tracy Morgan's vehicle.
The first video has surfaced of the Walmart truck driver who plowed into the limo bus carrying Tracy Morgan and his friends appearing in court.
Kevin Roper arrived Wednesday at Superior Court in New Jersey. The thirty-five year old remained silent as the prosecutor laid out the charges.
An attorney announced in court, "Kevin Roper is charged with one count of vehicular homicide. He's additionally being charged with assault by auto."
Roper already denied on Twitter that he was sleep deprived as charged by the prosecutor, saying: "I never said I was awake for 24 hours. These are lies being spread because a famous person was involved."
The judge made sure that the trucker understood that he's expected back in court for his next hearing.
