DNA Helps Florida Police Make Arrest in 1999 Cold Case Killing

Peggy Thistle and her family have been waiting almost 20 years for justice for her sister, Deborah Dalzell. In 1999, the 47-year-old was found dead in her Sarasota, Florida home. Police say she was sexually assaulted and strangled with a t-shirt. The Sarasota County Sheriff says 39-year-old Luke Fleming is now charged with sexual battery and murder in this case because of groundbreaking DNA technology.
