No Jail for Ex-Cop Who Put Handcuffed Woman in Cruiser Hit by Train

A former Colorado police officer who placed a handcuffed suspect in the back of a police cruiser that was later hit by a train won’t serve jail time. Jordan Steinke was reportedly sentenced to 30 months probation and community service after being convicted of reckless endangerment and assault for the September 2022 incident. She was acquitted of criminal attempt to commit manslaughter. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
