How to Safely Use a Mask in Poor Air Quality Conditions

A thick cloud of smoke from the fatal California wildfires hangs over San Francisco, obscuring well-known landmarks including the Golden Gate Bridge. The air quality is now the worst in the world, with residents wearing smoke masks to protect themselves from the haze that is equivalent to smoking 11 cigarettes a day. Dr. Armand Dorian spoke to Inside Edition about the importance of fitting a mask properly. Unfortunately, most masks are too big for kids.
