Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, is now sending a message to his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder: Leave Sandra out of it.  Through his lawyer, James says, "Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation."

His reaction comes following Lindemulder's bombshell interview on INSIDE EDITION in which she criticized Bullock for seeking custody of her 5-year-old daughter, allegedly because Lindemulder is an unfit mother.  

His lawyer also called the ex-wife's remarks "inaccurate and unfortunate."

Jesse James's lawyer also says his sole concern is for the safety and welfare of his daughter.
