 A musician serenaded doctors as they burned out parts of his brain! The man suffered from a rare condition called "musician's cramp," and doctors believe it was due to failing motor controls in the brain, forcing them to operate. Doctors worked away at the part of the brain they believed was causing the problem as the musician played guitar to determine whether the procedure worked.
